Història de Sam ja té portada
L'espera fins que un llibre ix a la llum és sovint bastant empipadora. El dia que vaig acabar la novel·la, just el dia abans de començar els exàmens de setembre de 2010, em vaig comprar un gos labrador a qui li vaig posar de nom Sam, com al meu protagonista. Ara el meu gos ja ha fet tres anys i mig i l'androide personal que li va donar el nom encara no ha eixit a la llum. Editar no resulta fàcil, ja us dic, i tampoc haver de convèncer tothom de les bondats de la teua obra. No és temps per a la ciència ficció en la nostra llengua? Jo estic segur que sí.

Story
of Sam is a science-fiction novel about a robot android who
must look for a girl called Hanna. The story occurred in the future, in the
twenty-two century, when a total war has destroyed all the planet Earth and
only a few humans are alive. Then, the robotic machines will take over the
world but the machines need the human psychological awareness to give a sense
to their own existence. So the robots look for girls and women which be able to
engender the human embryos who remain in the embryos bank. Sam, the protagonist
of the story, is a very humanized personal android, and in his adventure he is
aided by other android who is called Emma and one kind of iron robot "regler"
who is similar to Terminator. The
location of the story is very near here, in Valencia and the mountains
called Caroig.
